    The staff at Premier Inn London Kew Bridge is exceptionally wonderful and helpful in explaining the nearest tube station options. the continental breakfast is delicious, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a good size TV. the location is particularly good, just a short walk from the train station and underground station.

    We went to a concert in Kew Gardens and came back to the hotel and we were still able to have a drink afterwards...really personable service. Breakfast service was good.

    Service in hotel on arrival was confusing .2 receptionists tried to book in myself and my husband and our son-in-law..we had 2 rooms.We asked that the 2 rooms should be close together ,but no joy ..we were told that this was not possible..we were on the 1st flor and my son-in -law was on the 3rd floor The good night's sleep guarantee was not mentioned

    It was a pleasant hotel, nothing to complain about, recommend. This venue was best base for exploring Brentford, truly enjoyed it and hotel's efficient staff in explaining nearest tube station options. The location was unbeatable and excellent - ease of access to Watermans Arts Centre.
